Client the Council for Development and Reconstruction, funded by the Kuwait Fund and the Arab Fund, 110 million m3 a year; Section 2 comprises Markaba Tunnels 1 and 2 totalling 1.2 km at 2.20 m diameter, the Qelia canal of 7.5 km, 35.5 km of main conveyor pipelines, 19 km of secondary conveyor and 14 terminal reservoirs of about 116,000 m3, with a notification order of 21 March 2013.
