Where to find live tenders
We track the major structured procurements, not every notice. For the live day-to-day feed, these are the portals that actually carry it: the procuring bodies themselves, the development banks that finance much of the region's water, and the commercial trackers that cover the rest.

Gulf procurers
The client organisations themselves. For the big PPPs this is the primary source: the pipeline pages and tender notices here are what the trade press reports from.
Sharakat (Saudi Water Partnership Company)
The Saudi water PPP programme: IWPs, ISTPs, transmission pipelines and strategic storage, with a project list and developer qualification programme.
