A notice is kept when its title is about water: supply, sanitation, wastewater, desalination, irrigation, dams, drainage and flooding, in English, French, Arabic or Turkish. Office supplies, vehicles, staff posts and building maintenance that merely involves water (a heater, a septic tank, a delivery of drinking water to one building) are left out, and so are tenders by invitation only.

Machine translation. Titles published in Arabic, French or Turkish are translated into English by machine (OpenAI gpt-5.6-luna) and marked as such on every row; open a row to read the title as published. Figures and reference numbers are checked against the original, and a translation that changes one is discarded. Always rely on the original notice.
