The Taiz City and Al-Hawban corporations reached a technical agreement to jointly manage water supply systems, with the Yemen Humanitarian Fund investing US$2 million to connect about 90,000 people. Four of the five basins are Ansar Allah held or on front lines while the corporation operates from the government-held city; that dispute is kept out of the row. Delivery against the 2025 agreement is not verified.
