Coordinates removed on 20 September 2026. The point previously held, 22.80 39.03, lies about 5 km inland, which cannot be right for a seawater plant. Two coastal candidates near Rabigh were examined and both are now accounted for elsewhere: OpenStreetMap way 899264345 carries the operator Rabigh Arabian Water and Electricity Company, so it is Petro Rabigh's own plant, and way 982384524 has been assigned to the Rabigh 3 IWP row, because it abuts the head pumping station of the Rabigh to Jeddah to Makkah transmission system and Rabigh 3 was the only large seawater reverse osmosis plant at Rabigh when the feature was drawn. No mapped feature remains for Rabigh 4, whose EPC contract dates from July 2023, so this row stays blank.
