Progress reached about 53 per cent, after about 30 per cent in mid-2025 and more than 42 per cent in September 2025, and the project includes a hydroelectric plant. The two reports disagree on mid-2025 progress, Le360 giving 38 per cent in June 2025 against about 30 per cent in Fes News.
